• If you have moved, changed your name, mailing address or political party - you MUST re-register to vote. Voter Registration Cards are available at the Plumas County Courthouse, 520 Main Street, Room 102 in Quincy; Plumas County libraries, branch Post Offices and the Department of Motor Vehicles.
